Circular Economy panel at the Conference “Young Researchers’ Innovative Ideas: Science Start-Ups in the Industry”

23-24 May 2017 AGH University of Science and Technology, MERRI of Polish Academy of Science and  IATI organized IIIrd edition of the Conference “Young Researchers’ Innovative Ideas: Science Start-Ups in the Industry”.  Young researchers and PhD students had an opportunity to prepare presentations about innovative solutions (social, organizational, marketing, product, and process-related) addressed to business entities and public sector representatives.

 

Panels devoted to circular economy issues was moderated by dr Anna Avdiushchenko (AGH) and dr hab. Magdalena Wdowin (MERRI). The panel was opened with introductory pre-lecture of dr Anna Avdiushchenko “Circular Economy Model for Public Sector Management” and short presentation of main ideas of  CE4Reg research project carried out within Polonez programme. The other presentations of the panel were focused on WEEE management, textile wastes, by-products of construction sector. Summarising of discussed issues was done in QUIZ form prepared by dr Marzena Smol, one of the researchers of CE4Reg project.
